Zonalyze is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information. By using our website or applying for membership, you agree to the practices described here.

When you submit a membership application, we collect the following information: your full name, email address, the markets you trade (e.g. Crypto, Forex, Stocks, Options), your trading experience level, and your response to the trading challenge question.

We do not collect payment information directly. All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider (Whop), subject to their own privacy policy.

We may also collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and page visit timestamps through server logs or analytics tools, solely for the purpose of maintaining and improving the website.

Application data (name, email, trading background) is used solely to review your membership application and communicate with you regarding your application status.

Your email address may be used to send you membership-related communications, including onboarding instructions and community updates. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Application data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access to this data is restricted to the Zonalyze team only.

We retain application data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Supabase (database storage), Whop (payment processing and membership management), Vercel (website hosting), TradingView (indicator delivery platform). Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy and data handling standards.

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or serve third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain site functionality.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by Zonalyze. To make such a request, contact us through the support channels provided in your membership materials or via our Discord community.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We may update this Privacy page from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via Discord or email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
