By applying to, joining, or accessing any part of the Zonalyze community — including the Discord server, TradingView indicator, educational materials, and website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Zonalyze reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Zonalyze is a membership-based trading education community. Members receive access to: a proprietary TradingView supply and demand zone indicator, a private Discord community, daily trade setups and commentary, educational content including chart breakdowns and video analyses, and direct access to the Zonalyze team.

All content and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by Zonalyze constitutes financial advice or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Membership to Zonalyze is offered on a subscription basis through our payment platform. By completing your membership purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout.

Access to community resources is contingent on an active, paid membership. Zonalyze reserves the right to modify pricing and membership tiers with reasonable notice to existing members.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis through our support team. To request a refund, contact us directly through the support channels provided in your membership welcome materials.

Zonalyze does not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. Cancellations stop future charges but do not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, reach out to support and we will review it.

Zonalyze complies with all applicable consumer protection laws regarding refunds and chargebacks.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the payment platform or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a paid period unless otherwise determined by our support team.

You agree not to share, redistribute, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce any content from the Zonalyze community outside of the community without express written permission. Sharing access credentials, indicator scripts, or trade setups with non-members is grounds for immediate termination without refund.

You agree not to use the Zonalyze community to solicit other members, promote competing services, or engage in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other members.

All content provided through Zonalyze — including the TradingView indicator code, trade analyses, educational materials, graphics, and written commentary — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zonalyze. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zonalyze shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including any trading losses incurred as a result of acting on information provided by Zonalyze.

You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk and that all trading decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.

Zonalyze reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any member at any time for violations of these terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community, without prior notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
